Great breakfast options with delicious juices and oats! the service here is exceptional too. the pool is kept clean, and the location is convenient. However, the cafe could use some improvement 😕.

Overall it was a nice size with sufficient towels. Ample tea and a safe were available here.

The room was neat with smoke detectors for safety measures, and climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television. Location: the hotel was near to the Centre of the city as well as shopping centers.

This place offers private parking, has a highly professional reception staff, and good facilities available.

Ouch, it's hot looking for drinks at 11:30. Very friendly staff towards the reception (3) but. Impossible to sell drinks, everything is under lock and key. Not even a vending machine in service! A loophole. For a hotel of this category. So if next visit water reserve to be planned. Cp

This place offers a perfect experience with friendly staff, a fantastic central location, budget-friendly rates, and stunning views.

My husband loved the old photos in the coridors. each after noon we walked up and down the halls to have a look at the photos. And the food was great. The bed was too soft tough

The bed was to soft and my husband complained about back ache

Lovely rooms

Couldnt open windows ,plumbing not togood in the bathroom no hot water bath or basins only the shower worked. A ticket should be issued when you leave your bag in the bag room.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, they even handled parking for us, and the breakfast selection is diverse and well-prepared!

The wifi didn't work in the rooms. We had to go down to the living rooms to the reception.

remote control...buttons are to hard to press and mostly the tv..so old fashion...please upgrade that...

The fact that staff somehow communicated a sense of ownership with some associated pride. The staff were perseptive interactive and preemptive where needed The hotel was adaequately managed I though - not a n easy task. I appreciated the general cleanliness of the streets.

The lack of good dining for which the Royal was once renowned, the general lack of a really good revamp such as paint peeling under the main entrance overhead, the obviously dirty windows, The hotel has been recently sold and is in transition so the lack of facilities is understandable. The general percived lack of safety in the hotel environs (especially at night) and the lack of "near by" reachable faciities (esp on foot). The (at times) tardy taxi responce.
